A fast‐growing consumer foods company focused on nuts, dry fruits, makhana and better‐for‐you snacks is are a major importer and processor in the category, with strong distribution across marketplaces and general trade. They are now scaling their direct‐to‐consumer (D2C) channel as a core growth lever. They are looking for a long‐term Shopify partner who can help build, run, improve, and evolve this store with speed, clarity, and commercial sense.

Brief Requirements:‍

They are looking for a Mumbai‐based Shopify studio/freelancer who can own the end‐to‐end Shopify setup and ongoing improvements.

Scope of Work:

1. One‐time setup (initial phase)

• Shopify store setup (theme configuration, navigation, core pages)
• Initial catalog setup (products, variants, collections, pricing logic)
• Installation and configuration of essential plugins:
• Payments & checkout optimisation
• Shipping & logistics
• Analytics & reporting
• SEO & basic performance hygiene
• Basic reporting setup (sales, product performance, funnels)
• Clean handover with Training as needed

2. Ongoing engagement (retainer / project‐based)

• Catalog updates as the product portfolio evolves (new SKUs, bundles, packs)
• Plugin upgrades, replacements, and configuration changes
• Shopify version / theme upgrades without breaking flows
• Light UX improvements driven by conversion and merchandising
• Support during launches, drops, or major catalog refreshes
