The Opportunity
This role is more than a job—it’s a chance to define how one of India’s most trusted consumer brands shows up in the world. You’ll lead the full marketing charter: Brand, Performance, and Social. From emotionally resonant storytelling to ROI-driven performance, you’ll operate at the sweet spot of creativity and commercial impact.

What You’ll Own
- Brand narratives that reflect cultural depth and emotional relevance
- Performance marketing across channels—Google, Meta, CRM, and more—with a strong ROI focus
- Social media strategies that build authentic communities
- Cultural, category, and consumer insights to drive relevance and resonance
- End-to-end campaign execution—from creative development to go-to-market
- A high-performing team that’s ready to disrupt and grow
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience in consumer/tech/D2C marketing
- Proven expertise in ATL, BTL, digital, and social campaigns
- Managed annual marketing budgets of ₹50–100 Cr+
- Strong track record of linking creative efforts to business results
- Experience in dynamic environments—startups, scale-ups, or turnarounds
- MBA preferred, but grit, humility, and execution matter more
- Based in or open to relocating to Mumbai
