Overview:

A leading B2C global edtech company is looking for a video production agency to create short-form ad films (15–30 seconds each) for its programs and partner schools. The goal is to produce high-performing, platform-optimised creative assets that highlight various programs through storytelling, testimonials, and stock-based visuals — all stitched together with strong conceptual direction. The brief does not require new shooting and the agency can access the brand's licensed stock footage libraries and existing B-rolls.

Scope & Deliverables:
  • Output cadence: 5–10 unique short video ads per month (15-30 seconds each), with ~3 size adaptations each
  • Platforms: Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and LinkedIn
  • Concepts: Develop 5 creative directions (typography & motion-based), finalize 3, and experiment across 5–6 program categories
  • Style: Mix of stock footage, existing partner B-rolls, and testimonials; creative storytelling via scripting and editing
  • Tools: Use of AI-based video tools encouraged for speed and innovation
  • Project duration: 3-month pilot. Total output in 3 months - 20–40 short videos
Agency Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital-first video advertising (preferably for education, tech, or B2C brands)
  • Strong creative + production capabilities
  • Ability to conceptualize, script, and deliver high-quality short-form edits at scale
  • Collaborative approach to feedback and experimentation
