Overview:
A US-based D2C superfood brand is looking for a TikTok Shop agency to establish and grow its social commerce presence in the US market. The brief is open to boutique agencies as well as fractional experts.
Target Audience:
- Primary: Women, Mothers (30+ years)
- Secondary: Men & Women (55+ years); Professionals, Women (20+ years)
Brief Requirements:
- Optimize TikTok Shop account, storefront, and product listings
- Develop campaigns tailored to TikTok’s audience and trends
- Collaborate with creators and influencers to maximize engagement and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Provide insights on social commerce trends and competitor activity
Expert Requirements:
- Mandatory: Proven experience managing TikTok Shop in the US D2C market
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and ad products
- Successful track record of campaigns in food, wellness, or FMCG categories
- Comfortable working in fractional or agency-based capacities
- Ability to target the brand’s primary and secondary audiences effectively
