Overview:

A Bengaluru-based healthcare brand focused on musculoskeletal (MSK) care delivered through physical health centres is looking for a single, integrated marketing agency to drive both customer acquisition and brand storytelling. The mandate spans performance marketing, video-first content, and offline brand assets, with a focus on building a consistent, high-trust brand presence across touchpoints.

Brief Requirements:

1. Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Search, and other relevant channels
  • Drive high-quality leads and centre walk-ins
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale campaigns in line with business goals
  • Monthly reporting with actionable insights

2. Video Content (Core Focus Area)

  • Conceptualise, script, and produce high-quality reels per month
  • Strong emphasis on storytelling, education, and brand positioning
  • Ability to repurpose content across formats (e.g., additional edits, YouTube, etc.)
  • Scope to evolve content strategy based on performance and new ideas

3. Offline & On-Ground Assets

  • Create marketing collateral for physical health centres (print, in-store branding, etc.)
  • Agency can subcontract execution, but must ensure end-to-end ownership and quality control
  • Maintain brand consistency across online and offline touchpoints

Budget & Scope:

  • Media Spend: ₹1.5L – ₹3L/month (with potential to scale)
  • Agency Fee: Up to ₹50,000/month
  • Video Content Production: Up to ₹80,000 – ₹1L/month

Note: Scope is expected to evolve based on strategic inputs from the agency and campaign performance.

Agency Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing for D2C / healthcare / wellness / service-led brands
  • Strong content thinking + production capabilities, especially for short-form video
  • Ability to act as a single point of contact across performance, content, and offline deliverables
  • Strategic mindset: not just execution, but proactive idea generation and experimentation
  • Comfortable working with founder-led teams and evolving scopes
  • Ability to scale efforts across channels (e.g., YouTube, additional formats, etc.)
