About the Brand

The brand is a purpose-driven, category creator in the Indian D2C space, bridging the gap between childhood and young adulthood (ages 4–18) with fun, clean, and gender-neutral personal care essentials. Completely bootstrapped and backed by angel investors, they have already generated significant inbound interest from top VC firms.

Location: Remote ( 5 day work week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Premium Brand Scaling: Drive growth for a premium product line with an AOV of ₹900–1000. The strategy must focus on selling the value (safety, fun, routine-building) rather than price.
  • Omnichannel Execution: Scale revenue across the Brand Website and key Marketplaces. While Amazon and FirstCry are the main drivers, you will also manage presence on Myntra, Smytten, and Blinkit.
  • Distribution Strategy: leverage D2C success to open up future offline opportunities.
  • Ad Spend Efficiency: Optimize performance marketing budgets (Meta/Google/Amazon) to maximize ROAS and scale beyond the current ₹12-15L/month spend.

Who You Are

  • Startup Native: You have ~5+ years of experience, specifically within Indian home-grown premium brands. You thrive in startup environments and are not looking for a legacy corporate role.
  • Category Specialist: You have a strong background in Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) or have successfully scaled Kids/Teen-specific brands.
  • Value-First Marketer: You are comfortable selling at a premium price point and know how to construct a funnel that converts based on product merit, not just the "cheapest deal."
