A New York-based firm that helps venture-backed startups (Seed to Series C) find their next office space in NYC is looking to partner with an awesome remote creative agency to manage its social media and content strategy end-to-end.

The goal is to build an influential digital presence across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram — platforms where startup founders live. We want to establish thought leadership at the intersection of workspace, company culture, and enjoying working in NYC. Think: premium content that’s smart, fun, aesthetic, and community-forward—not your typical boring real estate social feed.

Budget: Starting at $2000 per month (INR 1.7L per month); can scale up basis scope and how well it's doing.

Key Deliverables:

1) Social Media Management

  • Daily/regular posting and engagement across Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Content strategy, concepting, scheduling, and publishing
  • Community engagement and trend alignment
  • Edit and repurpose founder-shot content or team-submitted material
  • Coordinate freelance videographers and creators when needed

2) Blog & Long-form Content

  • Curate and create blog posts: listicles (e.g., "Top 10 Up-and-Coming Neighborhoods in NYC for Startups"), founder Q&As, workspace trends, etc.
  • Repurpose blog insights into snackable social content
  • Occasional AI-powered or data-backed storytelling

We’re Looking For:

  • A globally-minded boutique team (India-based teams work well with some NY time zone overlap — ideally evenings in IST)
  • Experience working with startup-facing brands
  • Clean aesthetic and premium content taste
  • Not traditional real estate. You’re talking to startup founders, not corporate clients.
  • Bonus if your team has studied/worked internationally
  • Proactive, fast, and collaborative team that brings ideas and elevates what already exists

Timeline & Scope:

  • Monthly retainer for full-service content & social management
  • Ready to begin within the next 2-3 weeks
