About the Brand

The brand is building the most trusted quick commerce platform for parents, delivering everything kids need in minutes. Currently in the 0→1 phase and backed by a leading VC, they are assembling a mission-driven team to build a category-defining product.

The founding team brings top-tier pedigree (ex-BCG, Urban Company, OYO, Amazon) and is looking for a brand leader to work in close collaboration with them.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership role for a Social-First Brand Leader. While the brand has a strong product foundation, they need someone to "crack" the engagement code, specifically on Instagram (primary channel) and LinkedIn. You will lead a team of 4-6 to start with and build it out as the brand grows .

Key Objectives:

  • Social Media Dominance: You will own the content calendar and creation, focusing on cracking growth and engagement on Instagram to build a loyal community of parents.
  • AI-Driven Marketing: Unlike traditional roles, this position demands the use of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, prompt engineering) for creative ideation and campaign optimization to elevate output speed and quality.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: While Social is the immediate hook, you will oversee brand initiatives across digital, print, and eventually offline/retail expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content and SEO professionals, ensuring consistency in tone, identity, and messaging.

Who You Are

  • Startup Veteran: You have 5+ years of experience, but most importantly, you have spent 2–3 years in a single brand role at a startup. You haven't just jumped ship; you've built something.
  • New Age Background: You come from Consumer-facing, Fintech, or Product-first brands. You understand how to market a utility-driven product emotionally.
  • Social Native: You have a proven track record of driving engagement for D2C or new-age platforms. You know what makes a reel go viral and how to build a LinkedIn narrative.
